The name "Avali" means a small, protected harbor, reflecting the serene and sheltered nature of the area. Guests can also enjoy the nearby sandy Agios Thomas Beach, just a 3 minutes' walk away.

Our villas are the perfect retreat for those seeking to enjoy the sun and sea away from the island's crowded tourist areas. Easily accessible by private boat or yacht, the property’s coastal location ensures calm seas during the summer months, making it ideal for mooring.

A super villa (June 2018)

Really lovely week in a super villa. So close to the sea you could almost dive in from the balcony. We were 7 adults and cooked quite a bit in the kitchen & on the BBQ . We ate locally along at the beach tavernas and at the village. A thoroughly relaxing holiday in a beautiful place with truly amazing views over the sea ! Thank you Spyros !

This place is amazing with so much privacy, hospitality and charme starting with the welcoming and the Bulgarian flag on the terrace. Magical view, just on the beach, perfect location. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't provided - even lounge chairs for the garden and the beach, canoes, games, etc... The owner was extremely hospitable, helpful and accessible.

What a magical, beautiful place, i was convinced that it was going to be to good to be true as the photographs looked beautiful but infact the photographs didn't do the place justice. Im already planning for next year as we can't wait to come back and visit again. This time for longer!

"Exceptional villa and sea swimming" August 2018

Spyros and Nickol's family villa is exceptional. It is beautifully presented and proportioned home, with everything you might need for a villa holiday. The main draw of this villa is the sea, just a few meters from the garden is the rock beach with clear, blue water. We swam back and forth across the bay all day long, occasionally calling in at St Thomas beach for an iced coffee. Even in July and August we almost always had the rock beach to ourselves.
Stop looking for a villa in Kefalonia, and book this one - you wont be able to beat it.

Best Location on Kefalonia (September 2014)

Positioned in an ideal spot on the beautiful Ionian Coast this Villa is pure luxury. Superb cleanliness, Amazing views from the rooms is the best place to spend holidays with family. Amazing location, views & hospitality in beautiful Kefalonia (June 2019)

Jaw-dropping views are more spectacular than any photograph can capture. The bay is wonderful- great snorkelling & clean, clear waters. Villa was flexible & well appointed- particularly outside, gated accommodation. Facilities excellent, kayaking & table-tennis used every day. This is a very special place- and a great location for investigating the beautiful island more widely. Spyros is a meticulous & considerate host.

Perfect location, beautiful swimming, daily kayaking, wonderfully quiet and lots of different indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy the view. Hire car essential, Google Maps and mobile data also very useful as signposting/directions can be challenging at times. Although our first Greek trip, Kefalonia, Thomas Agios Beach and Avali Villas seem like a hidden gem. Communication from Spyros and Nicole regular, friendly and flexible.
