A special environmental interest area

Avali Sea Resort blends ultimate luxury with respect for the natural environment and is committed to being environmental friendly and sustainable, since our villas are located on a coastline which is designated as a EU "Natura 2000" special area of conservation (code: GR2220004). Around the villas and along the coast there are some great walks with the most unusual rock formations as the area presents a special geological, paleontological, aesthetic and mythological interest and is part of the Kefalonian & Ithaca Geosite.
